Classes

We book all of our classes through the Mindbody app. In the Mindbody app you can easily access our schedule, manage your classes, make cancellations, and view your placement on class waitlists.

Please be advised that we have a very strict attendance and cancellation policy which you can read HERE. You will also receive it via email with your class confirmation.

In keeping with traditional pole and circus training practices, you will be sharing an apparatus with a classmate. We have six 12ft stainless steel X-Poles, and can accommodate up to 10 students for Intro classes, 5 students for Choreo classes, and up to 12 students for all other class types.

Yoga mats, towels, and cleaning supplies are provided.

Pole Tricks Classes

  • Your pole journey starts here! There are no prerequisites for attending Intro to Pole.

    Learn the basic fundamentals of pole including climbing mechanics, pole sits, fan kicks, and spins. Build strength, balance, and confidence with plenty of personalized guidance and modifications.

  • Prerequisites:

    Clean Carousel Kick to Pole Stand on each side.

    A clean Pole sit, Fan Kick Step-Through, and Step-Around Spin on each side

    Take your pole skills to the next level in Pole 1! Add new moves into your vocabulary and begin to combine moves up in the air.

  • Prerequisites: Must be attending Pole 1 or higher.

    Practice the subtleties of Spin Pole by taking familiar shapes up into the air and adding new movement to your vocabulary.

  • Prerequisites: Must have attended three Intro to Pole classes

    Grab a partner or come solo and learn some doubles moves with Cathy and Sarah!

  • Prerequisites:

    A hand-over-hand climb to the top on each side

    Fan Kick to Pole Sit on each side

    Familiarity with Figurehead, Mermaid, and Martini on both static and spin.

    Familiarity with Step Around, Back Hook, Stag, and Fireman Spins.

    This is an Beginner/Intermediate class. Begin to explore beginner inversions as well as more complex tricks and combos.

  • Prerequisites:

    Must be able to deadlift Invert on both sides, and hold a straight-leg Chopper for five seconds.

    Must be proficient in exiting Inverts from a handstand cartwheel.

    Must be able to hold a Shoulder Mount puff

    Must have two rotations in Chair spin.

    Must be able to perform an Invert -> Leg Hang -> Figurehead -> Fan Kick -> Pole Sit -> Wrist Sit.

    This is an Intermediate/Advanced class. Begin building your Aerial Inverts, Shoulder Mounts, and Butterflies!

  • Prerequisites:

    Must already be in Pole 3

    This mixed level class will provide achievable tricks and modifications for both Pole 3 and Pole 4 students.

  • Prerequisites:

    Clean Circus Climbs

    Clean Shoulder Mounts

    Must be able to hold an Extended Butterfly for three seconds

    Must be comfortable in Brass Monkeys, Laybacks, and Outside Leg Hangs.

    This Advanced class explores combos involving moves with two points of contact. You will build your Handsprings and Ayeshas, as well as bigger power moves and combos.

Dance Classes

  • *Prerequisites: Three Intro to Pole classes

    You will need to bring cloth kneepads, and heels or socks. Please ask about the type of heels that are appropriate for this class.

    Learn the basics of heel work while building confidence and balance in your shoes as you learn a full choreography over the course of . month.

  • *Prerequisites: Three Intro to Pole classes

    You will need to bring cloth kneepads, and heels or socks. Please ask about the type of heels that are appropriate for this class.

    This is a choreography-based heels class with a focus on floor, pole, and base work tricks/skills. Each week we will focus on a specific skill (shoulder rolls, fan kicks, kips, drops splits, spins, etc.), and then add that skill into choreography. Perfect for students who want to spice up their flow with simple but show-stopping tricks or transitions.

  • During this 60 minute session, you will learn a sexy pole dance routine to a different song each class. We will use the spins, tricks and dance moves you have learned in the studio and combine them all for a routine that will leave you feeling sexy and powerful!

    Pole heels and knee pads are highly recommended.

  • *Prerequisites: You have attended Beginner Heels three times.

    Unleash your inner goddess and get ready for a dynamic, acro heels combo every other Sunday! Please bring heels, kneepads, and a bottle of water. Dressing up is encouraged!

    Please note that this class is a higher level of difficulty.

  • In this all-levels class you will learn a short chair dance choreography.

    Heels are optional, kneepads are recommended.

  • FLOWography is open to students who have attended three Intro to Pole classes.

    In this class, you will be stretching your creativity and attention to details while creating a short routine as a group. We will work on lines, extensions, shape exploration, and story-telling and come away with a piece designed to inspire.

    Knee pads are recommended.

  • This is an all-levels class.

    Liquid Motion is a floorwork journey into hip strength, active flexibility, and musicality! Come learn new floorwork moves to implement into your pole practice!

    Please wear leggings, a long sleeved top, socks, and kneepads.

  • Come dance in this all-levels twerk class every Tuesday night!

  • This class moves at a slower pace compared to twerk cardio, but it perfect fo all levels.

Strength and Flexibility Classes

  • This all-levels class is designed to help you build range of motion and muscle strength to support bigger flexy moves. You will work on front splits, middle splits, and backbends.

  • This mid-week class is the perfect way to decompress tight muscles and roll away soreness. We will be moving through a full body foam roll sequence and breathing through longer holds in passive stretches.

  • Come train for your pole goalsin this circuit-based conditioning class for all levels!

  • A moderately paced Monday morning yoga class to star your week off right!

  • Learn the basics of hand balancing!

    In this ll-levels class, we will go over conditioning, proper alignment, and self-spotting to build your confidence upside-down!
