FAQ

Do I have to already be strong and flexible to take my first pole class?

No! Everyone starts at the beginning. 75% of our new students have never done a push-up before, or can currently touch their toes AND THAT’S OKAY! We’re here to help you build that strength and flexibility by giving you appropriate modifications and feedback.

Do I have to be coordinated or a dancer to take my first pole class?

Nope! Coordination and body awareness takes practice and patience, and we offer many all-level classes to help you achieve your goals!

How big are your classes?

Our class capacity is 12 for pole classes and 5 for choreography classes.

Are your classes plus-size friendly?

Absolutely! Our team is amazing at creating inclusive training for all bodies, and our community is very body-diverse.

Are your classes gender-inclusive?

Absolutely! Everyone is welcome in our studio.

Are your classes sex-worker positive?

Yes! Pole, as we know it today, was pioneered in the strip clubs, and the first pole studio in North America was opened up by a dancer named Faunia. Our studio will always welcome sex-workers.
