Step into LUXE — short for luxuriate — an indulgent, heels-based class designed to help you feel grounded, confident, and curious in your heels practice.
Each week we work with a four-move sequence, taking time to learn it, practice it on both sides, and build it into a connected combination. This structure allows for more focused practice of heels-specific technique, giving you space to repeat, refine, and actually absorb what you’re doing.
Unlike traditional choreo classes, LUXE focuses on depth instead of rushing through long combinations. Instead of trying to keep up, you’ll have space to breathe and explore your pacing, your expression, and your presence.
All movement exploration in this class happens in heels, allowing you to build strength, familiarity, and confidence in your practice. We begin without heels for a grounded warm-up, and close together in a supported cool down, where we take off our heels, stretch, and check in as a group.
This class is beginner-friendly, while still offering depth for more experienced dancers who want to refine their control, flow, and performance quality.
The final class of each month becomes a performance-style session, inspired by Lauren’s Flowography format. This is completely optional, and offers a supportive space to practice dancing with and in front of others using what you’ve explored — with encouragement, not pressure.
(You’ll receive a quick heads-up from your instructor before performance night, so nothing catches you off guard.)
Tips: Kneepads, lounge pants, and socks are great for floorwork and our warm-up and cool-down. Layers are recommended so you can choose between coverage and skin grip as needed.
Bring: Heels, comfy layers, and a song you’d love to move to!ion

Slow Burn is a choreo-based heels class that builds directly from the movement we explore earlier in the week in LUXE: Heels Lab
While attending LUXE earlier in the week is absolutely recommended, it is not required. Dancers will still be guided through the movement and supported throughout the choreographic process.
Using the same four-move sequence, we gradually expand it into a full piece — layering transitions, musicality, texture, and performance without the pressure of needing to get everything immediately perfect.
Because the movement is already familiar, dancers have more space to settle into the choreography, absorb what they’re doing, and explore their pacing, expression, and presence more organically.
Think of it as a slow burn: grounded, a little spicy, and shaped by everyone in the room.
This class is supportive and beginner-friendly, while still offering dancers the opportunity to experience a fuller choreographic process in a way that feels approachable, intentional, and collaborative.
Recommended for class:
A spicy fit, heels, kneepads, water, and a song you’d love to share.Prerequisites: Must complete three Intro to Pole classes to attend.
